You must complete and submit a Mod Request Form. All color changes must be reviewed and approved by the HOW Board prior to starting the work.
I. Siding Color Options
A. Option 1: Vinyl Siding – Paint with a color from new HOW Board approved colors.
Before you paint your siding, you must replace any damaged siding and trim. A qualified contractor must properly prepare the siding and use Sherwin Williams Vinyl Safe paint or similar.

B. Option 2: Replace siding with new Vinyl or Cement Board of similar style
Siding colors can be similar to existing color schemes or new HOW approved colors
(colors may vary depending on manufacturer).
II. Trim
A. Option 1: Match color of your siding. Refer to “Condominium Info Map“.
B. Option 2: Select an approved darker color than your trim.
C. Option 3: Select an approved trim color utilizing the legacy home color scheme chart.

C. Option 3: Snowbound White SW 7004
III. Shutters and Front Door (colors to match)
A. Option 1: Select color from HOW Boards approved colors.

III. Garage Doors
A. Option 1: Garage doors to match siding color
B. Option 2: Garage door to match trim color only if trim color is similar to the color of siding i.e. lighter colors
Original Home Color Schemes (1998)
The chart below displays the original color schemes and Sherman Williams paint colors for reference. Homes were originally one of the following color schemes, from A to G. Approved trim colors for legacy siding colors are below. Shutter and Doors must match as well.
These are legacy colors and have now been discontinued by the manufacturers, though still can be color matched if required. Before attempting to paint your siding with any of the below colors confirm with the paint manufacturer that they are Vinyl Safe or you run the risk of melting your siding from heat exposure.
