WELCOME TO THE HILLS OF WATERFORD

The Board of Directors want to welcome you to our official website. We hope this will be a place to keep you informed, exchange ideas, and strive to improve our community. We have tried to include helpful information here for all co-owners. Be sure to sign-up on our e-mail list to receive occasional reminders and notices. As a Board we will continue to be diligent about being good stewards of our dues and our community issues. We hope you will get involved in one of our many committees, because working together we can accomplish some great things. We look forward to your feedback and seeing you around the neighborhood!

October 8, 2011: Annual Meeting
9:30am registration. Meeting begins at 10:00am. St. Andrews Church Social Hall. If you cannot attend, PLEASE fill out and return your proxy.

October 8, 2011: FALL Backyard BBQ.
4:00- 8:00pm
Free BBQ to all co-owners. Free food, Bounce House, Obstacle Course, and LIVE DJ.

In the "common area" behind the houses on Driftwood Dr, Lockwood, and Fruitwood Ct.

December 2011: Annual Holiday Decorations Contest.
Awards will be given to the top 4 best decorated homes in the Hills of Waterford!
$100 Grand Prize $75 Second Place $50 Third Place, $25 Fourth Place
