The Board is responsible for maintenance of the community's common areas, hiring and supervision of contractors for common area maintenance, maintaining the hazard and liability insurance coverage on the Association's common areas, approving the HOA's annual budget, setting the amounts of annual and special assessments, and foreclosing liens to ensure payment of assessments. In addition, the Board will enforce current and enact future architectural and/or other guidelines as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the community.
